CREATIVE CONTRAST CLIENT SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS


Effective Date: 6/1/2026


These Client Services Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Creative Contrast, LLC ("Creative Contrast," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking, purchasing, scheduling, participating in, or receiving services from Creative Contrast, the client ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.


1. Booking & Payment Policy


A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee is required to secure and reserve all bookings.


No booking date, production date, studio session, consultation, recording session, or creative service shall be considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.


The remaining balance shall be due according to the payment schedule outlined in the applicable invoice, proposal, booking confirmation, service agreement, or other written documentation provided by Creative Contrast.


Creative Contrast reserves the right to suspend, postpone, withhold deliverables, or terminate services for unpaid balances.


2. Refund Policy


All deposits are non-refundable.


By submitting a deposit, the Client acknowledges that Creative Contrast reserves time, personnel, studio availability, equipment, and production resources on the Client's behalf.


Refunds shall not be issued for:


• Client cancellationsCreative Contrast, LLC.

• Missed appointments

• No-shows

• Failure to attend scheduled sessions

• Changes in project direction after work has commenced


If Creative Contrast cancels a scheduled service, session, production, or event, the Client may elect either:


(a) a full refund of amounts paid; or


(b) rescheduling of services at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.


3. Rescheduling Policy


Clients may request to reschedule a booking by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice.


Approved rescheduled sessions must occur within seventy-two (72) hours of the originally scheduled booking date, subject to Creative Contrast's availability.


Rescheduling requests submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session may be denied and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.


Creative Contrast reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests based upon availability and operational requirements.


4. Studio Attendance & Guest Policy


Clients are responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with these Terms.


A maximum of four (4) guests may accompany a Client during a studio session. This limit does not include Creative Contrast personnel, engineers, producers, or authorized staff.


Clients must disclose the total number of attendees prior to arrival.


Creative Contrast reserves the right to deny entry to individuals exceeding occupancy limits or violating Company policies.Creative Contrast, LLC.


5. Minor Participants


Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while participating in services, productions, recordings, photography sessions, videography sessions, consultations, or other activities conducted by Creative Contrast.


Creative Contrast reserves the right to refuse services when appropriate supervision is not present.


6. Client Conduct Policy


Creative Contrast is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful, and productive environment.


The following conduct is strictly prohibited:


• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Violence or intimidation

• Discrimination

• Illegal activity

• Destruction of property

• Possession or use of illegal substances

• Excessive intoxication

• Conduct that interferes with operations, staff, clients, productions, or studio activities


Creative Contrast reserves the right to immediately terminate services, remove individuals from the premises, refuse

future services, and retain all deposits and fees paid in the event of policy violations.


7. Studio Security & Surveillance


For the safety and security of clients, staff, equipment, and facilities, portions of the Creative Contrast premises may be monitored and recorded through video surveillance systems. 


By entering the premises and participating in services, Clients acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and recording. 


Surveillance footage may be used for security, safety, operational review, legal compliance, and incident investigation purposes.Creative Contrast, LLC.


8. Personal Property

Clients are solely responsible for their personal property and belongings.


Creative Contrast shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or unattended personal items brought onto Company premises, production locations, or event sites.


9. Deliverables & Turnaround Times


Project completion timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and requirements of each project. 


Creative Contrast does not guarantee specific turnaround times unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. 


Estimated timelines provided by Company personnel are estimates only and shall not be construed as contractual deadlines.


10. Revisions Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Clients are entitled to a maximum of two (2) rounds of revisions.


First Revision

• Revision requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the initial deliverable.


• Revised materials will generally be returned within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the revision request.


Second Revision


• Revision requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the first revised deliverable.

• Final revised materials will generally be returned within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the revision request.


Additional revisions beyond the two included revision rounds may be subject to additional fees at Creative Contrast's sole discretion.


Requests received after the applicable revision windows may be treated as new work and billed accordingly.


11. Ownership & Intellectual Property


Ownership of the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the Client upon:


(a) completion of services; and


(b) receipt of full payment of all outstanding balances owed to Creative Contrast.


Until full payment has been received, all content, materials, deliverables, and creative work remain the property of Creative Contrast.


Raw footage, working files, project files, drafts, session files, source files, and other production materials not specifically identified as final deliverables shall remain the exclusive property of Creative Contrast unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Creative Contrast reserves all rights not expressly transferred to the Client under these Terms or a separate written agreement.


12. Portfolio, Marketing & Promotional Use


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client grants Creative Contrast a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, publish, distribute, and promote completed work created on behalf of the Client for the purpose of:


• Portfolio display

• Marketing and advertising

• Social media promotion

• Website content

• Demo reels

• Business development

• Educational presentations

• Professional showcases and industry submissions


Creative Contrast agrees not to disclose confidential information, trade secrets, unreleased commercial projects, or

proprietary materials without authorization.


Clients requesting complete confidentiality, non-disclosure, or restrictions on promotional use must submit such requests in writing prior to the commencement of services. Creative Contrast reserves the right to assess additional fees for projects requiring exclusive confidentiality or restricted promotional usage.

13. Client Media Release & Likeness Authorization


By participating in services, productions, recording sessions, photography sessions, videography sessions, interviews, events, or activities conducted by Creative Contrast, the Client grants Creative Contrast permission to photograph, film, record, capture, and otherwise document the Client's name, image, likeness, voice, performance, appearance, and participation. 


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client authorizes Creative Contrast to use such materials for:


• Portfolio purposes

• Social media content

• Marketing and advertising

• Website content

• Promotional campaigns

• Demo reels

• Business development activities

• Educational and professional presentations


The Client understands and agrees that no additional compensation shall be owed for authorized promotional use of such materials.


Clients wishing to opt out of promotional use must submit a written request to Creative Contrast prior to the commencement of services. Opt-out requests are subject to Company approval and must be confirmed in writing by Creative Contrast to become effective.


For Clients under the age of eighteen (18), any required consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.


14. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Contrast shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,

special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.


Creative Contrast's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by

the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


15. Right to Refuse ServiceCreative Contrast, LLC.


Creative Contrast reserves the right to refuse, suspend, postpone, or terminate services at its discretion when

necessary to:


• Protect staff, clients, equipment, or facilities

• Address safety concerns

• Enforce Company policies

• Comply with applicable laws

• Maintain professional standards


16. Acceptance of Terms


By booking, purchasing, scheduling, participating in, or receiving services from Creative Contrast, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.


Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of New Jersey..
